If you are thinking about visiting Sremski Karlovci and the surrounding area, or your journey brings you here, we will be happy to host you. We are a small family business, and we have been receiving guests since 2011. to mutual satisfaction.

Our accommodation facility "Zeravica bnb" is located near the center of Sremski Karlovac, 150 m from the train and bus station and the main road Novi Sad-Belgrade, and about 350 m from the center.

We have comfortable single, double and triple rooms, each with its own bathroom. The total capacity of the facility is 10 beds, i.e. 5 rooms.

The rooms are equipped with LCD TVs, cotton sheets and towels, the bathrooms have a bathtub or shower and personal hygiene accessories. The rooms are air-conditioned in the summer and well heated in the winter. Each room has its own independent air conditioner (not central air conditioning).

Common rooms are a large, glazed dining room and courtyards. A fully equipped kitchen is available to all guests.

Wireless internet (WiFi) is available in all rooms and in the yard.

In front of the building there is a place for safe and free parking of 5-6 cars.

Pets are welcome, we do not charge extra for their stay.
